Our Infrastructure

We have a purpose-built state of the art manufacturing facility located on the outskirts of New Delhi in the city of Gurugram.

Occupying 30,000 sq. ft and a strong machinery infrastructure, we can perform all the tailoring and quality control activities in-house and therefore delivering a zero-defect garment to our suppliers in stipulated agreed times with a capacity of approximately 40,000 pieces per month.

Our machines are not limited to but include Single Needle Lock Stich, Auto Trimming, Double Needle, Bar Tack, Single Needle Flat, Single Needle Chain Snitch, Fusing, Snap Button Machine with Compressor, Needle Detector, Colour Match, Button and Snap Pull Testing etc.

SINGLE NEEDLE LOCK STITCH MACHINE

The term ‘single needle stitching’, often found on the dress, shirt labels refer to a lockstitch. A lockstitch sewing machine uses two threads, one in the needle and other in a bobbin. The motion of the needle and the hook correctly timed, makes each stitch to be locked.

AUTO TRIMMING MACHINE

Extremely fast, self-sharpening blades and perform 19250 cuts every second. Consistent cut trimmed pieces are of uniform quality, hours after hours, day after day. Its ultra-fast, extremely precise blade adjustment (0.009/0.23 mm per click).

DOUBLE NEEDLE MACHINE

8 built-in stitches- including 6 basics, 1 decorative and 1 automatic 4 step buttonhole. With a heavy-duty metal, frame machine remains still for skip-free sewing. Snap-on presser feet expands sewing possibilities. Quick release for easy on and off change presser feet in a stop.

BAR-TACK MACHINE

Bar-tack refers to a series of stitches used to reinforce areas of a garment that may be subject to stress or additional wear. Typical areas for bar tack stitches include pocket opening, buttonholes, belt loops, the bottom of the fly opening, tucks, pleats and the corners of the collars.

SINGLE NEEDLE FLAT

Integrated into the upper housing, with superior penetration power in combination with the excellent stitch technology. Impressive dynamics in the acceleration and braking phases during the sewing operation. Precise stop positioning even at high operating speed. Special sewing equipment with fine toothing for a material feed without any marks.

SINGLE NEEDLE CHAIN STITCH MACHINE

FUSING MACHINE

It eliminates fabric shrinkage, bubbling and other distortions and heat shock effects on the fabric, eliminates ‘strike back’ and ‘strikethrough’ of adhesive onto fabric surfaces and machinery. The flexibility of production including a complete range of modern fabrics such as micro-fibres, viscose and viscose mixture, lycra mixture etc.

SNAP BUTTON MACHINE WITH COMPRESSOR

Suitable for attaching snap button on garments. Equipped with laser marking light to enable accurate setting position for operation. It also has adjustable timing control to ensure snap fitting quality.

NEEDLE DETECTOR MACHINE

ABS- plastic shell, anti-static cover, 8 segments LED monitor identifies the exact location of the foreign object so that it can find easily touch-button integrated control panel. 6 steps sensitivity adjustment.

COLOR MATCH BOX

Its a simulation instrument, which is mainly used in quality control. The colour matching accurately corrects light types and thus enables the direct comparison of products which must have special colour characteristics.

BUTTON PULL TESTING MACHINE

To determine the holding or breaking strength of prong-ring attached snap fasteners onto garments, also as a button pull tester applies for compression and tensile testing of small samples.
