Merino Wool Baby Garments Manufacturer

Sleeping bags, swaddles, bodysuits, base layers and boiled wool jackets in fine merino and organic cotton — engineered for sensitive skin and audited at every step.

Infant merino is the most unforgiving category we make: the fabric has to be soft enough for newborn skin, warm without overheating, and dimensionally stable through very frequent washing. We build it from the yarn up — selecting fine next-to-skin micron merino, knitting soft jersey, rib and double-layer structures in our own circular knitting hall, and dyeing in-house so colour and shrinkage behave consistently across a whole range.

Our baby programmes cover sleeping bags and sleep sacks with shoulder snaps and double-layer merino and organic cotton construction, swaddles, baby wraps and muslin blankets, bodysuits and rompers, next-to-skin base layer sets, and boiled wool baby jackets. Where a brand wants cotton against the skin and merino outside, we engineer that dual-face construction rather than compromising on one fibre.

Safety and compliance are part of development, not an afterthought: snap pull-strength, cord and small-part rules, warmth positioning, care labelling and market-specific packaging, plus needle detection and AQL 1.5 inspection before cartons close. We are GOTS, OEKO-TEX®, RWS, Woolmark and Sedex certified, and a long-standing supplier to a leading merino wool baby sleeping bag brand in the US.
