Sustainable infant wear starts with fibre choice. We build baby garments from RWS-certified merino wool and GOTS-certified organic cotton instead of synthetics, which keeps microplastic shedding out of the product and gives parents a biodegradable natural fibre next to their child's skin. Fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified for harmful substances, and dyeing runs on low-impact processes that reduce water, energy and chemical footprint across the mill.
Because we are vertically integrated — knitting, dyeing, cutting and sewing in one 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Gurugram, India — there is no long chain of subcontractors to audit or lose sight of. Our cut and sew production is fully solar powered, and the site is Sedex-audited for working conditions and social compliance. As an Affiliate Supply Chain Partner for Woolmark and The Zentatra Wool Company, we can supply ethically sourced, fully traceable ZQ and ZQ+ merino wool for programmes that need verified provenance.
