A merino tee lives or dies on its fabric. Because Apex Apparels knits and dyes in-house, every t-shirt programme starts at the yarn instead of a mill's stock list. We work in 16.5–19.5 micron superfine merino for genuinely scratch-free next-to-skin comfort, knitting single jersey for classic tees, rib for close-fitting styles and interlock for smooth-faced heavier weights — engineered to your target GSM, from featherweight travel tees around 130 GSM to 220 GSM everyday staples.
We manufacture pure merino tees as well as engineered blends: merino with Tencel™ for cooling and drape, merino with nylon or recycled polyester for durability and quick drying, and merino with organic cotton or bamboo for softer everyday wear. Styles cover short sleeves, long sleeves, henleys, polos, crop and boxy silhouettes across men's, women's and kids' ranges.
Construction is tuned for tees: narrow coverstitched hems, taped necklines, side-seam or seamless tubular bodies, low-torque finishing so the body doesn't spiral after washing, and controlled shrinkage tolerances. Every order runs on our certified framework — Woolmark, RWS, OEKO-TEX®, GOTS and Sedex — with AQL 1.5 inspection before packing, in a 100% solar-powered facility.
