Because we knit, dye, cut, sew and finish inside one 60,000 sq. ft. solar-powered facility in Gurugram, technical development stays in-house. Our fabric lab engineers 16.5–19.5 micron superfine merino into single jersey, rib, interlock, terry, mesh and boiled wool from roughly 130 to 500 GSM, tuned to your targets for thermoregulation, drying time, abrasion resistance and shrinkage — not selected from a mill's stock list.
Operationally, the programme is built for EU seasons. Prototypes ship in 4–6 weeks, bulk runs in 8–12 weeks with AQL 1.5 inspection, sea freight to Northern European ports typically takes 3–5 weeks and air freight 4–7 days for samples and in-season top-ups.
